This means you have a single point of contact to answer questions and address issues throughout the process. The Project Manager works with you to plan every detail, ensuring timely, professional execution and cost-efficiency.

Our expert Project Manager will be a resource to you and your Move Planning Committee we can assist in coordinating the logistics of your move.

  • Serve as liaison to contractors, telephone equipment installers, technology consultants, etc.
  • Provide professional advice utilizing years of experience in moving office equipment, furniture, libraries, medical labs, lecture halls, etc.
  • Detail each step of the move, identify and meet timeframe of the move.

To ensure proper placement at your new facility, WRI Moving & Storage uses colored labels to speed the placement of each items.

Labels are self sticking and can be removed easily.
Corresponding placards identify appropriate areas.
Program ensures accuracy and efficiency.
Different color-coded labels help facilitate an efficient move of various floors and/or departments.
Ten colors are used:
